FUNRAISING CASE 2053 NUFAEL IZZ HAYDER BIN NURULHUDA
A one-year-old baby boy pleads for help! Baby NUFAEL has been diagnosed with a rare kidney disease that causes nutrients to be lost through his urine. As a result, he struggles to gain weight. Without controlling his condition, growing up healthily will be a major challenge.
Right now, the most urgent task is to protect NUFAEL. His body cannot go a single day without proper nutrition. We sincerely appeal to the generosity of the public to help raise RM6,000 to provide NUFAEL with six months’ supply of special milk formula and diapers, helping him get through this most difficult period.
Doctors have indicated that NUFAEL will eventually need a kidney transplant, but his body weight is currently below the required threshold. Until then, he will need to rely on special milk for nutritional support. Doctors will reassess his suitability for surgery when he is around two years old.
Case No. 2053: NUFAEL IZZ HAYDER BIN NURULHUDA was only 3 months old when doctors discovered his body was unable to absorb nutrients. After a thorough medical checkup, he was diagnosed with Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome with Renal Impairment.
To manage his condition, NUFAEL needs to attend regular medical follow-ups and receive frequent injections and medications, which is a painful ordeal for such a young baby.
His mother, NUR IZATI BINTI NOR AZLAN (31 years old), shared that because he’s so small, doctors struggle to find veins for each injection, often having to reuse previously used veins. This repeated needling causes NUFAEL great pain.
His father, NURULHUDA BIN BASYAR (31 years old), explained that unlike normal people who can get nutrients from fish or chicken, NUFAEL loses all the nutrition he eats through his urine and therefore requires special formula milk for nourishment.
[Swelling Adds to the Worry]
Even more heartbreaking, NUFAEL not only suffers from nutrient loss, but his body also swells up in areas that are under pressure for too long, such as when lying in one position. His parents constantly switch his sleeping position to prevent swelling. His skin is also extremely sensitive, and mosquito bites often turn into painful blisters.

NUFAEL’s mother, NUR IZATI, was previously an administrative staff but had to quit her job to become a full-time caregiver.
His father, NURULHUDA, used to work as a lorry driver, but a car accident a few years ago left him with a fractured left leg, limiting his ability to perform physically demanding work. He now works as a sales assistant with a meagre income.
NUFAEL also has a 6-year-old sister. The family of four is barely relying on the father’s small salary. Life has already been difficult, and now, with a severely ill child, their burden has become overwhelming. Their expenses have far exceeded what they can bear. In desperation, they turned to us for help. We are now fundraising for NUFAEL’s six-month supply of special milk and diapers:
