FUNDRAISING CASE 2193 AMY IRFAN
During a game, an unfortunate fall caused severe pain in the left arm of an 8-year-old boy, Amy Irfan. His arm bone was fractured on the spot. We sincerely appeal for help to allow this young boy to lift his left arm again.
Case No. 2193: To ensure proper healing, Amy Irfan must undergo an internal fixation surgery using a Titanium Elastic Nail System. However, his single mother, who earns only a modest income, is unable to afford the medical implant cost. We are appealing to kind-hearted members of the public nationwide to help raise RM1,600 for the required medical devices.

Amy Irfan is a Temuan boy from Peninsular Malaysia. Doctors have diagnosed him with a closed fracture of the midshaft of the left radius and ulna, which requires internal fixation surgery on his left arm to allow the bones to heal properly.
This treatment is medically necessary for him to regain normal daily functions, including returning to school, holding objects, and living without pain.
Although Amy Irfan cried out in pain when the injury happened, he has since remained silent, afraid of worrying his mother. Despite his young age, he is already considerate and caring. He is the eldest child in the family and has a 6-year-old younger sister.

The children’s mother, Nur Diana Binti Zam (32 years old), is the sole breadwinner of the family. She works as a cleaner, earning a very modest monthly income that is just enough to cover basic food and living expenses for the family of three.
Now, faced with an unexpected RM1,600 medical implant cost, she is truly unable to cope. While the amount may seem small to some, it is enough to overwhelm this single-parent household.
Desperate for help, the mother has reached out to us. We have therefore decided to initiate a fundraising campaign for this cheerful and well-behaved young boy, Amy Irfan:
