FUNDRAISING CASE 2156 MUHAMMAD NAIM PAHLEVI ANAS
A one-year-old boy is fighting for his life with tubes inserted all over his body. His condition has become critical, and his helpless mother can only cry while pleading urgently for help. We sincerely appeal to kind-hearted people nationwide to donate RM15,000 for medical expenses to save this poor little life.
Case No. 2156: Once a cheerful and lively child, Muhammad Naim Pahlevi Anas first sought treatment at a clinic, beginning with a skin rash that later turned into a persistent high fever and severe swelling of the neck. He was eventually rushed to the hospital and now lies in the ICU battling for survival. His situation fills everyone with helplessness and sorrow.
This young life is enduring a heartbreaking struggle. His body can no longer cope, causing him to fall into deep sleep, with only his strong heartbeat keeping him alive. He is desperately waiting for help from kind uncles and aunties.
[The condition deteriorated rapidly, and the diagnosis was heartbreaking.]
On 15 October, the rashes on his body marked the beginning of a nightmare. The doctor’s diagnosis was devastating:
- Superior Vena Cava Obstruction caused by massive swelling in the neck, accompanied by bicytopenia and severe maculopapular rashes.
- DDX: hematological malignancy, a type of cancer, and Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH).
- Severe acute dermatitis, requiring further investigation to confirm or rule out links to Primary Immunodeficiency (PID) or LCH.
[Days and nights in the ICU, a tiny body under immense pain.]
At the beginning of his admission, Naim’s condition was still relatively stable. But after one week, his situation turned critical, and he had to be transferred to the ICU. Here, this little boy, only 1 year and 4 months old, must endure frequent blood tests, injections, tube insertions, and sedation. He depends on multiple medical machines just to stay alive. Every procedure pushes his tiny body to its limits.
His 21-year-old mother, Nurdiana Safika, stays by his bedside, wiping away her tears as she watches her once energetic son lie motionless. When speaking to our social worker, she tried her best to hold back her emotions, but the overwhelming sadness brought her to tears.
[A poor family in crisis. They need your help.]
Naim is the only child in the family. His mother works as a food server, and his father, Nazmul (32 years old), is a car wash worker. Their income is barely enough for daily living, let alone the high medical expenses. They turned to us for help. After reviewing the case, we decided to launch an RM15,000 crowdfunding campaign to help this poor baby.
Every ringgit you donate brings a spark of hope to Naim’s life. Every share you make gives him a greater chance of survival.
Please join us in saving this little life! Let's help the young parents see hope again and let Naim safely overcome this crisis. Thank you.
