FUNDRAISING CASE 2142 PUTERI CHARISSA BINTI ADDIE WIJAYA
At just over two years old, this little girl suffers from multiple illnesses that have left her frail, pale, and malnourished. Her childhood laughter has been replaced by constant pain. She urgently needs a milk feeding pump, feeding bags, six months’ supply of special formula milk, and diapers to meet her basic needs. We sincerely appeal to the kind-hearted public to help raise RM7,294 so she can smile again and grow up healthy.
Case No. 2142:Two-year-seven-month-old Puteri Charissa binti Addie Wijaya does not share the laughter and playfulness of other children her age. Since birth, she has been plagued by various medical complications. Due to laryngomalacia and tracheomalacia, she has had to depend on a ventilator since the day she was born. Last year, when her breathing difficulties worsened, she underwent a tracheostomy to help her breathe more easily.
Unfortunately, her health continues to deteriorate. Her body has grown weaker and thinner, and she frequently suffers from lung infections. Doctors have advised that she must rely on a feeding pump and special formula milk to ensure better nutrient absorption and gradual recovery of her strength.
According to her medical report, Puteri Charissa has been diagnosed with Laryngomalacia with Mild Tracheomalacia / Moderate–Severe (Left) Bronchomalacia, as well as Severe Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with swelling, swallowing incoordination, and recurrent pneumonia.

Puteri Charissa is the youngest of three children, with two older brothers aged 11 and 7.Her father, Addie Wijaya bin Wejim (29 years old), works at a paint factory and earns a modest income. Her mother, Mastini binti Salimun (30 years old), is a housewife who stays home to care for the children and cannot work outside. The family is already struggling to meet daily expenses, let alone afford a feeding pump, costly medical-grade formula, and diapers.
As their daughter becomes thinner by the day, her parents are consumed by worry but continue to stay strong. Their greatest wish is for their daughter to regain her health, suffer less, and grow up happily.
