Case No. 2128: Due to his fragile health, he is not suitable for surgery at the moment and must rely solely on medication and careful daily care. His family urgently appeals for donations of RM9,480 to cover one year’s supply of special formula milk and diapers to help him get through this difficult stage safely.
Still very young, Moresh Vel A/L Nethia Mohan often clings tightly to his mother’s arms, needing comfort and cuddles just like any child his age. Playful and prone to tears, he appears innocent, but behind that innocence lies a serious illness that deeply troubles his parents.
At birth, nothing unusual was detected. However, at just one month old, he was hospitalized for flu, breathing difficulties, and high fever. To the family’s shock, doctors diagnosed him with Mitral Atresia, Double Outlet Right Ventricle with Transposition of the Great Arteries (DORV with TGA), Long Segment Coarctation, and a Large Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), which is a highly complicated congenital heart defect.
Doctors repeatedly reminded his parents to be extremely cautious, maintain cleanliness, and prevent infections, or else his condition could worsen.
[Family’s Struggles]
Father, Nethia Mohan A/L Segar (39 years old), is a technician and the sole breadwinner. While the mother, Punitha A/P Marimuthu (30 years old), a homemaker, takes care of her sick child and also looks after her elderly in-laws.
Punitha is currently pregnant and due to give birth in October. With heavy responsibilities and rising expenses, the couple can no longer afford the medical care their son requires. In desperation, they turned to us for help.

To sustain Moresh Vel’s nutrition, health, and safety, he requires long-term intake of special formula and frequent diaper changes to reduce infection risks.
At the request of the parents, we have decided to launch a fundraising campaign to help this poor little boy. The details are as follows:
