(CAMPAIGN CLOSED) BENEFICIARY PROFILE 2104 LEONG MENG CHEE
Case No. 2104: Madam Leong Meng Chee (also known as Lian Ah Moi), aged 79, passed away due to colon cancer. Just an hour before her passing, she was still peacefully snoring in her sleep. No one expected that in such a short time, she would quietly leave this world. Because her departure was so sudden, the family is unable to bear the funeral expenses. We sincerely appeal to the kindhearted public to donate to her funeral so she can rest in peace soon.
On the morning of August 27, around 10 a.m., Madam Leong passed away peacefully at home. Her family recalled that at 9 a.m., she was still sleeping soundly. According to the death report, she succumbed to complications of colon cancer at 10:23 a.m.
During her lifetime, Madam Leong endured the pain of stage four small intestine cancer. After retiring many years ago, she had been quietly resting at home. Although she left this world peacefully, her departure brought immense grief to her loved ones.
Her daughter, Ms. Wong Yan Ping (43 years old), is a full-time homemaker. Her son-in-law, Mr. Lee Peng How (46 years old), works as an e-hailing driver and is the sole breadwinner of the family. Madam Leong’s grandson, Wen Bing (22 years old), has just graduated from university and has yet to secure employment. The family of four has long survived on a modest income, and now, faced with the sudden loss of their beloved mother and grandmother as well as the funeral costs, they are both heartbroken and financially helpless.
In their time of despair, Wen Bing reached out to us for assistance and entrusted us to help arrange Madam Leong’s funeral.
We are handling the whole funeral process for the deceased, which includes body transfer, prayer ceremony, and cremation. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to the funeral so she can rest in peace soon.
