FUNDRAISING CASE 2093 BABY NURIYAH

Premature baby Nuriyah is far too tiny. She weighs only 1.015 kg! She is struggling in the intensive care unit, waiting to grow stronger… We sincerely appeal to kind-hearted people nationwide to help raise RM10,000 for her premature infant’s treatment so she can overcome this critical period and embrace a brighter tomorrow.

Case No. 2093:One night during the seventh month of pregnancy, Nuriyah’s mother, Hasinah Bi Nurul Haq (28 years old), suddenly experienced a dangerous spike in blood pressure. In a panic, she was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed her with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Her blood pressure remained dangerously high, and the situation was extremely critical. To save both lives, doctors had no choice but to perform an emergency caesarean section, delivering the baby prematurely.

Both mother and baby were placed in intensive care. The mother, though weak, was fortunate enough to be discharged after two weeks of treatment to rest at home. However, baby Nuriyah continues to struggle in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Doctors have diagnosed her with Respiratory Distress Syndrome caused by premature birth, requiring specialised care. Even after more than a month, her weight has only increased to 1.4 kg, which is still short of the 1.8 kg needed for discharge.

She must remain at the hospital for intensive treatment until her weight increases and her condition stabilises, allowing her to return home safely. Sadly, her parents simply cannot afford the medical expenses.

[The parents have no way out but can only ask for help.] Nuriyah’s father, Nur Mohamad Zomil Ahmad (28 years old), works as a car washer. Her mother is a housewife. Their modest income barely covers daily living expenses and the cost of a normal delivery. The sudden, overwhelming medical bills have pushed the family into a desperate situation.

They have no choice and no way out. For their daughter’s life, they have gathered the courage to seek help from us.

We will stand with them, but this family’s hope still needs the support of kind-hearted individuals. We sincerely launch this fundraising campaign for Nuriyah, hoping to raise RM10,000 to cover the ongoing NICU treatment costs.

[Don’t let this baby face everything alone.] She has only just arrived in this world and should not have to face this battle alone. Please light a candle of hope for Nuriyah. Even the smallest act of kindness can become the strength she needs to survive. Please support her through donations, sharing this campaign, or leaving words of encouragement. Thank you.
