DNM1L encephalopathy with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy 2. Chronic lung disease with possible bronchiolitis obliterans secondary to chronic aspiration 3. Positional Talipes Equinovarus, a congenital foot condition 4. Bilateral eye optic atrophy secondary to DNM1L encephalopathy 5. Bilateral foot pressure ulcers 6. Septic ileus, a purulent intestinal obstruction 7. Pseudomonas pneumonia
This poor young boy is currently bedridden in the hospital. While he doesn't require oxygen support, he needs regular suctioning and feeding through a feeding pump. The father, IZAMIRULLAH BIN MD IS (48 years old), is an ordinary employee, and the mother, AZIYANTI BINTI ABU KHANIPAH, is a teacher. The couple has five children and is heartbroken over the condition of their child, MUHAMMAD IZZUL HAQ.
