Case No. 1711: The baby girl, Faith, sadly passed away while receiving treatment at home. Her parents are unable to afford the funeral expenses and kindly request donations.

Baby Faith, who was less than a month old when she spent time in the intensive care unit receiving treatment, was stable by the end of last year and was allowed to be discharged for home care.

Unfortunately, she passed away on May 12th of this year. The father works as a worker in a printing factory, and the mother is a housewife, both unable to handle the sudden funeral expenses. In their grief and helplessness, they earnestly appeal to kind-hearted individuals for donations, hoping that their baby can rest in peace soon.

On the morning of Friday, May 12th, at around 10 o'clock, a social worker received a call from Faith's father, informing them that the baby had passed away at home. The father's voice was filled with sorrow and helplessness. Due to work obligations, he was sent back to the Philippines, leaving his wife, Lyriza, and their two children at home. He requested the social worker's assistance for his wife. When the social worker arrived, Lyriza broke down in tears, embracing the social worker.

Faith is now nine months old. On the morning of May 12th, she was still playing with her sister and mother. Later, her mother helped bathe her. To their astonishment, when her mother returned to the bedside to pick her up, there was no response. This sudden change left her mother panicked and devastated, crying profusely. She immediately called for help, and when the medical staff arrived, they confirmed that the baby had passed away.

After being discharged at the end of last year, Faith received care at home with the help of a ventilator and a suction machine. The parents had remained optimistic about their daughter's recovery. Last month, when the baby began experiencing vomiting and breathing difficulties, her mother, Lyriza Sixto Simpal (40 years old), took her to see a doctor, who instructed them to be more vigilant. Little did they expect this tragedy to occur this month.

According to the death report, baby girl Faith Sixto Simpal passed away on May 12th due to complications related to a genetic neurological disorder.

Faith was a baby we had previously helped in 2022, with case number 1538. 【https://www.facebook.com/DaaiMalaysia.PJ/videos/357763699754767】

Her parents are from the Philippines and have been working in Malaysia for several years. Her father, Crueldad (45 years old), works in a printing factory and is the main breadwinner of the family. The baby's mother is responsible for taking care of the children.

Under the entrustment of the parents, we are handling the whole funeral process, which includes body transfer, cremation, and a Christian memorial service. The ashes will be placed by her parents. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to the funeral so she can rest in peace soon.
