BENEFICIARY PROFILE 1669 CHAI MUI FATT

Case No. 1669 : There is no one to handle the funeral arrangements after the death of the single, elderly Mr. Chai Mui Fatt. We earnestly request the help of the enthusiastic public to donate to the funeral.

The 64-year-old Mr. Chai Mui Fatt had no children. He was weak and sickly during his lifetime. In recent months, he often fell ill and was sent to the hospital by his niece for treatment. Unfortunately, he passed away on February 9. His niece's income is meagre, and she is unable to cope with the sudden funeral expenses. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to his funeral so he can rest in peace soon.

According to the niece, Ms. Chan Poo Yee, her uncle was a mucking machine operator, and he has been retired for many years. Mr. Chai Mui Fatt's brothers and sisters are all elderly, living in poverty, and unable to afford the funeral expenses. The niece, Ms. Chan Poo Yee, usually earns a meagre income as a school driver and is unable to handle the funeral expenses for her uncle, so they seek the help of Da Ai in their helplessness.

According to the death report issued by the hospital, Mr. Chai Mui Fatt passed away at 5:17 p.m. on February 9 due to a right tension pneumothorax with MRSA bacteremia and septic emboli in the lung.

We are handling the whole funeral process, which includes body transfer, cremation, and a prayer ceremony. The ashes will be sent back to his hometown by his niece for interment. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate for the funeral so he can rest in peace soon.

The prayer ceremony for Mr. Chai Mui Fatt will be held on February 10, 2023 (Friday) at Kwong Tong Funeral Parlour Kuala Lumpur (Hall L), and the cremation will be held on February 11, 2023 (Saturday). The ashes will be sent back to Kampar by his family for placement with his late parents.
