Case No. 1649 : After the mother Ms. Wong Siew Chu passed away from lung cancer, the father and the young children were unable to afford the funeral expenses. We earnestly request the help of the enthusiastic public to donate to her funeral.

48-year-old Ms. Wong Siew Chu went to the hospital for an examination in July this year because she was unwell. She was then confirmed to have stage IV lung cancer. Although she was hospitalized for treatment on time, she was helplessly defeated by the serious illness, and finally passed away in the hospital. Her husband was a lorry driver and couldn't afford the funeral expenses. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to her funeral so she can rest in peace soon.

Ms. Wong Siew Chu and her husband have a pair of 18-year-old twin sons and a 15-year-old daughter. She was a housewife who took care of the children at home. The family of five is maintained only by the husband's meager income, and life is not easy.

The three young children who were still unable to support themselves burst into tears for their mother who passed away from a serious illness just a few months after receiving treatment in the hospital. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, their father was unable to handle their mother's funeral, so he entrusted us to help.

According to the death report issued by the hospital, Ms. Wong Siew Chu passed away from Stage IV lung cancer at 2.53 pm on December 26.

We are handling the whole funeral process of Ms. Wong Siew Chu, which includes body transfer, cremation, prayer ceremony, and ashes placement. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate for the funeral so she can rest in peace soon.

If anyone is interested in donating for the whole funeral, kindly contact any social workers of Da Ai for more information. Thank you.

The prayer ceremony for Ms. Wong Siew Chu will be held on 27th December 2022 (Tuesday) at Kwong Tong Funeral Parlour Kuala Lumpur (Hall I), and the cremation will be held on 28th December 2022 (Wednesday). The ashes will then be placed at Nirvana Memorial Park.
