Case 1628: Request help from the public by donating medical and nursing equipment expenses for the child, CHEAH PUEY WAI, who suffers from cerebral palsy and seizure disorder.
13-year-old CHEAH PUEY WAI cannot take care of himself and needs special care to save his life. Due to the poverty of the family, the parents are unable to afford the cost of three sets of nursing equipment totaling RM 4,950.00. We earnestly request the enthusiastic public to donate to him.
Unfortunately, CHEAH PUEY WAI was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and seizure disorder when he was young, and he was unable to take care of himself. Since he was born, he has suffered endless pain. He can only lie on the bed, let alone have fun like a normal child. His two younger siblings can feel their brother's pain, and they both leave cute pandas and other toys to their brother, hoping to get him a smile.
However, PUEY WAI's mother knew that her son's condition was serious and that he would be admitted to the hospital as soon as he developed sputum. Therefore, strengthening nursing care is of great importance and urgency. The equipment is needed to save his life in an emergency. Sadly, the family really couldn't afford to buy nursing equipment. Doctors said PUEY WAI needed extensive care at home and regular follow-up health checks in the hospital.
The doctor told his father CHEAH KY KENG that the child now needs a PORTABLE SUCTION MACHINE, a NEBULISATION MACHINE to help him breathe smoothly, and a CUSTOMISED WHEELCHAIR so that PUEY WAI can sit up.
His father, CHEAH KY KENG, is a fisherman, his mother is a housewife, and CHEAH PUEY WAI is the eldest of three siblings. They come from the land of plenty in BAGAN SUNGAI BESAR, Selangor. The father goes fishing hard, but it is not easy to cope with daily life with a meager salary.
Due to difficulties in life, the father was unable to purchase these three sets of nursing equipment, so he entrusted Da Ai to help raise RM 4,950.00. We sincerely call upon everyone to support crowdfunding.
