Kwak Hyun Seung, a Korean youth, unfortunately, passed away in a foreign land at a young age. He and his retired parents came to Malaysia to find a job but unexpectedly he passed away a few days ago in a coma. His parents could not bear the sudden tragedy and funeral expenses. Therefore, we earnestly request the help of enthusiastic public by donating for his funeral.

Kwak Hyun Seung, a Korean youth, unfortunately, passed away in a foreign land at a young age. He and his retired parents came to Malaysia to find a job but unexpectedly he passed away a few days ago in a coma. His parents could not bear the sudden tragedy and funeral expenses. Therefore, we earnestly request the help of enthusiastic public by donating for his funeral.
28-year-old Kwak Hyun Seung has great visions for the future, and his parents have high expectations for him. It is unacceptable that the parents watched their handsome, optimistic and cheerful son turn into a cold remains. Their hearts were broken, and the grief of offspring passed away before its eldership makes everyone can’t hold back their tears.
On June 4, Kwak Hyun Seung told his mother, Shin Eun Jung, that he felt dizzy and painful in his head, and he was unconscious the next day. After the medical staffs and police arrived, Kwak Hyun Seung had passed away.
The police sent the remains to the hospital for autopsy, which confirmed that Kwak Hyun Seung had cerebral hemorrhage (bleeding inside the head). According to the death report issued by the Hospital Kuala Lumpur, the deceased passed away at 3.50 am on June 6.
Parents hope that their son who passed away in a foreign land can rest in peace soon. However, due to the language barrier, the parents were very anxious and cried all night outside the hospital morgue, wanting to see their son as soon as possible. In fact, they couldn’t see their son’s remains right away because the hospital needed to investigate the remains first.
Hyun Seung’s parents used to work in education, but now they are retired. They can’t afford for the funeral abroad, and they don’t have the ability to transport the remains back to South Korea. Therefore, they turned to us for help with their son’s funeral.
We are handling the whole funeral process for the deceased, which included body transfer, cremation, memorial service, and assisting his parents to bring the ashes home. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate for his funeral so he can rest in peace soon. We also contacted Korean pastors and churches of local Christian churches through Da Ai social workers to assist them in the Christian memorial service in Korean.

The Christian memorial service of Mr. Kwak Hyun Seung will be held on 9th June 2022 (Thursday) at Gui Yuan Funeral Crematorium (Room 3), and the cremation will be held on 10th June 2022 (Friday). His parents will bring the ashes back to South Korea.
