Case No. 1308 : Due to the death of his beloved wife in a car accident, Mr. Chee Kok Hing with meagre income has no financial means for the funeral expenses in a hurry. Therefore, we sincerely hope that everyone can show your kindness by donating the funeral of Mr. Chee’s wife so she can rest in peace soon.

Mr. Chee Kok Hing did not expect his wife, Ms. Nah Mui, to be a farewell after she went out on the morning of 20th November (Saturday). Mr. Chee is heartbreaking when he meet her wife again because she was already a cold remains placed in the hospital morgue.

Since the wife had not returned home the next morning, Mr. Chee went to the police station to search for his wife. After investigation, the police found that Ms. Nah Mui had an accident on the evening of 20th November and passed away after being sent to the hospital. The hospital then confirmed that her remains were infected with the COVID-19 virus. Hence, her remains must be handled following SOP.

Ms. Nah Mui’s family did not know how she contracted the COVID-19 virus. After her tragic death, the doctor diagnosed her as having the COVID-19 disease after the dissection of her remains. According to the death report issued by Hospital Selayang, 59-year-old Ms. Nah Mui passed away on 21st November 2021 at 3.48 pm.

Mr. Chee is a restaurant handyman with a meagre income and no savings. After he heard the bad news about the death of his beloved wife, he was sad but unable to deal with the funeral of his wife, so he asked us for help. We will strictly abide by the SOP given by the Ministry of Health (KKM) to handle the whole process of Ms. Nah Mui’s funeral, which included body transfer, cremation, memorial service, and ashes placement.

Previously, Ms. Nah Mui worked in a vegetarian restaurant. All three of her children are now living in Taiwan now. Since the remains of COVID-19 were not allowed to be kept for long, and her children are unable to come back in time to handle her funeral. Thus, we earnestly request the help of everyone to donate for the funeral of Ms. Nah Mui.

The remains of late Ms. Nah Mui will place at Jishantang Rawang for prayers on 25th November 2021 (Thursday). The cremation will be held on the next day, 26th November 2021 (Friday) and she will be rested at Kepong Cemetery Tower Kuala Lumpur KA37/3F-20.
