Case No. 1260 : To save Malaysia from the pandemic as soon as possible, we are organizing crowdfunding to call upon everyone to donate for medical equipment.
After DaAi supported the medical equipment for Hospital Sungai Siput, Perak, and helped them fully transform into a hospital for COVID-19 patients, this month, we also successively received requests for help from unnamed medical staff in hospitals in second and third-tier cities across the country. They hope that we can also support them with specific medical equipment to save COVID-19 patients.
Their sincerity in wanting this batch of medical equipment to treat illnesses and save people makes us very touched, and we also want to help. However, this type of medical equipment is very special and expensive. At present, there are no more aid funds for us to provide support for them. Therefore, we can only help them spread the message of asking for help, hoping to gather the strength of everyone to help the hospital save the lives of COVID-19 patients.
At present, the medical equipment in the major city hospitals in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur has been stable. However, the hospitals in small places still ask us urgently because the lack of medical facilities in these more remote hospitals delays the prime time for COVID-19 patients to receive treatment. The medical staff does not want to watch the patients passed away in front of them. We who have been dealing with the funerals of the COVID-19 patients have the same feeling as them.
When front-line medical staff is struggling to save the lives of COVID-19 patients, if they watch the patients fail to receive timely treatment and passed away due to insufficient medical equipment, this will not only make the medical staff feel guilty and sad, but it is also heartbreaking that the death of an adult will cause the child to become an orphan. We even received a call for help: "Because my friends passed away of COVID-19, and their children were still young, I was temporarily taking care of them. Can you please help me?" We are very sad after hearing this, so if medical equipment is sufficient, this tragedy may be prevented from happening.

The above are all medical equipment proposed by the doctors in the hospital. We call upon everyone to donate generously or directly donate equipment to us so that we can raise the second batch of medical equipment as soon as possible to support all the heroes who are fighting against the pandemic, and COVID-19 patients who are fighting against the virus.
