Case 1096: Donation for the Funeral Service of Late Madam Yew Seuw Hong.
“70-year-old Widow Madam Yew Seuw Hong passed away in her home. As there is no one to manage her funeral service, we decided to take care of it upon a request of a kind-hearted person. We would like to ask everyone to donate for her funeral service.”
Madam Yew lived alone at Jalan Puchong (A People's Housing Project) before her passing; Her husband and daughter passed away many years ago, leaving her to live alone for the rest of her life. Her body was found only when her neighbors smelt the decomposed body odour; Police and firefighters were sent to help retrieve her remains.
Madam Yew’s remains were sent to HUKM Cheras for inspection. According to the death certificate issued by Bukil Jalil Police Station, Kuala Lumpur, the late Madam Yew was found dead at 5.25 P. M., 18th May 2021 (Tuesday), with the cause of death being breast cancer.
According to her neighbour, Madam Yew was a cleaner and has retired 10 years ago.

The late Madam Yew’s remains are currently placed at the No. 1 Room of Jishantang, Rawang and prayers will also be held today (21st May 2021, Friday). Her remains will be sent for cremation the next morning (22nd May 2021, Saturday) and rested in Petaling Jaya Cemetery Association.
