“42-year-old Mr. Ganesan from India passed away about a month ago. Since he has no family in Malaysia, his remains have been left unclaimed in the hospital mortuary. His mother and family members are eager to claim his remains, hence we have decided to manage his funeral service. We urge everyone to donate and help”

After learning of this case, we contacted Mr. Ganesan’s mother in India, and his family members were devastated after they received the tragic news of Mr. Ganesan’s passing on 29th April 2021. Their biggest wish now is to claim his ashes, and upon the help of a kind-hearted person, they managed to contact us and were thankful for our help. We will manage Mr. Ganesan’s entire funeral service, including remains claim, prayer, cremation, etc. We call upon everyone to help so that Mr. Ganesan’s ashes can return to his hometown of Tamil Nadu, a South Indian State.

41-year-old Mr. Ganesan came to Malaysia from India alone for work and to earn money. Unfortunately, he passed during his sleep without leaving any words for his family members in India.

According to the death certificate issued by University of Malaya Medical Centre, Mr. Ganesan passed at 12.47 P.M., 29th April 2021. Besides, Kelana Jaya Police Station, Petaling Jaya received a report from the house owner and the police certified that he was passed on a couch, with no criminal issues involved. The police have sent the report to the High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Before that, the son of the house owner called 999 for help as Ganesan was not moving at all. The medical staff then confirmed that Ganesan had passed.

After learning of Mr. Ganesan’s passing in Malaysia, his family members contacted the High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for help. Upon receiving a request from a kind-hearted person, we decided to manage the entire funeral service of his and avoid leaving his remains at the mortuary for too long.

Mr. Ganesan’s remains are placed at Jishantang, Rawang and a prayer will be held today (24th May 2021, Monday). His remains will be sent for cremation the next day (25th May 2021, Tuesday) and we will send the ashes back to his hometown of Tamil Nadu.
